I have extensive knowledge and experience in fitness training and health. I offer a variety of services to help you get in shape. Exercising regularly, accompanied with the right motivation and guidance, can get you the results you want to achieve. I focus on you as an individual to draft a fitness program suited to your body and current fitness level.

How it works

Before we begin our workout, I assess your body and level of fitness and use this information to create your own personal exercise plan. This will be accompanied by a nutritional plan based on your budget. I will also assess the way you currently eat and the nutrition plan will feature some of the foods you currently enjoy, such as fish, Fruits and vegetables, nuts, ect ect .

Personal Training in the Gym:

If you have a gym membership or are affiliated with any gym in London, I travel to your gym location for our lesson. I have taught most of my clients how to use the machinery effectively, without straining their muscles or doing exercises incorrectly.

Outdoors Training:

You can have a fitness lesson at any outdoors location at your request. Whether at a park or outside your house, the outdoors is spectacular for exercising. The benefit is that you get to breathe in fresh air as you exercise, fueling your body with oxygen. I bring the gym to you so that we can work together and get you fit.

Nutritional Advice:

The most important part of any fitness training is how we fuel our bodies. I offer nutritional advice that will incorporate some of the food that you love. Eating healthily is the most important gift you can give to your body and it helps you craft the body that your future self will thank you for.

Circuit training and boxing:

For an intense and targeted workout I create circuit training and boxing training plans suited to your fitness goals. My clients push themselves to increase their fitness. This is a great way to build muscle and create the ultimate core, that will ultimately help you throw stronger punches. My boxing and circuit training is divided into three parts - warm up and stretching, circuit training and boxing cardio.

Sports Conditioning:

​I have helped several athletes train for events such as the Olympics. I train athletes of different ages and abilities to get them ready for different events. I have trained soccer stars and other athletes in the past, enabling them to pursue a healthy career in whichever sport they partake in professionally.
