I offer circuit training classes for large groups of people in London. If you would like to get your employees or fellow athletes to engage in some intense cardio, then joining my circuit classes is the perfect place. I offer circuit classes 1 day a week on Wednesdays 6pm to 7 pm. My circuit classes are a full body, intense workout including cardio, strength, endurance, core, stretching and power exercises all in the form of a circuit. You get to enjoy the workout and feel the burn with others who want to achieve the same goals as you do. Exercise will help you lose body fat, gain muscle and also assists in healthier living.
